Timmy Grady narrowly escapes a massive tornado that hits the I-24 overpass, where he hides from the storm and his mom’s boyfriend. 

Braving flying chunks of deadly debris and exploding hail, the fourteen-year-old rescues a stray dog from the tornado's fury, only to come across the scene of an Eastern European mafia murder.
